Requirement

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport.
  • Good product knowledge and ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibility

  • Customer Assistance: Greet customers, listen to their requirements, and provide guidance and support throughout the sales process. Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s products or services, including features, benefits, and pricing. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company. Utilize effective sales techniques to generate leads, close sales, and upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and handle any after-sales inquiries.
  • Product Presentation: Present products or services to customers in a professional and persuasive manner. Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively to highlight value propositions.
  • Sales Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions. Utilize CRM systems or other sales tools to track progress and manage customer information.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and sales teams to share knowledge, best practices, and support each other in achieving sales goals. Contribute to a positive and motivated work environment.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Provide feedback and insights to the management team to help develop effective sales strategies.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry developments through training programs, workshops, and self-study. Apply acquired knowledge to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback to the relevant departments, such as marketing or product development, to help improve products, services, or processes.

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any fields or equivalent

  • Preparation of Quotation, Invoice, Payment Voucher, Official Receipt etc.
  • Prepare monthly management reports and financial results
  • Arrange for the monthly EPF, SOCSO, EIS & PCB payment.
  • Check the “Time & Attendance Card” and prepare monthly salary payment.
  • Monitor annual leave and medical leave for all employees for record purposes.
  • Liaises with all government departments related to office matters.
  • Arrange for local authority license & other office facilities renewal.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls/email/courier service.
  • Maintain stationery and equipment supplies, organizing and storing paperwork, documents.
  • Compile office utility bills and update office expenses.
  • Monitor submission and verification of individual expenses claim.
  • Administrative support, assumes bookkeeping, updating data/filing.
  • Coordinate with banks on daily banking matters.
  • Maintaining business/customer contact database, corporate files and business plans
  • Monitor datelines and close follow up. Able to work independently and efficiently.
  • Managing daily assigned tasks and recording accurate information in accordance with company standards and policies.
